It’s more of a slow car fast situation. They have three speed auto transmissions so basically like a smart car but with a ton of fun factor from the design and kei cars in general.

They’re mainly used by bakers, vets etc to get things around that aren’t too heavy as kei cars do have very low maximum occupancy weight ( me and my sister are athletes and weigh in at 400 lbs combined and push the limits). They’re light, softer suspension and funny looks make them a hoot to hoon.

there u go. how the fuck is this car $4k? also no way it was $1k for import, maybe for the RI it’s $1k but for us it’s at least 2-3x that.

I’m sure JC made 1000-1500 profit on this car. So starting the process over at 6 grand seems fair. Then import cost of another 2k i would guess, and we’re still back at 4k for the car.

I just don’t understand it.
